"Pump stopped working way too soon"
The dispenser jammed after just a few uses, so now the product is basically stuck inside. I mean, for the price, you’d expect the pump to actually work for more than a couple of times. Frustrating.

"Made my skin break out"
I ordered from drwhitneybowebeauty.com because I was hoping it would help my skin, but it ended up doing the opposite. After a few days of using it, I noticed little bumps showing up, and then those turned into bigger breakouts on my cheeks.
Once I stopped using it, my skin slowly started calming down, so it seemed clear this just didn’t agree with me. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it made my acne worse and felt like a waste of money.

"Getting a refund wasn’t no easy task"
I tried returning my order, the refund process was a real headache. It took way longer than it should’ve, and support wasn’t exactly quick or helpful neither. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"First impression didn’t match the price"
My first impression was that it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. I kept hoping the results would make up for it, but they were just okay in the end. It wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Didn’t notice any difference"
I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help with my fine lines, but they looked pretty much the same to me. Maybe my skin just doesn’t respond to this kind of formula, or maybe the ingredients aren’t strong enough, just guessing. Either way, it felt like a waste for me.

"Wanted to love it, but my skin still felt tight"
I’m usually loyal to this brand, so I really wanted this to work for me. I picked it up hoping it would help support my skin barrier, especially when my face was feeling dry and irritated. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice much of a difference, my skin still felt dry and tight after using it. For the price, I expected a bit more. I can see it working for someone else, but it just wasn’t the right fit for my skin.

I really wanted this to be a simple routine I could actually stick with, and at first I was kind of excited to try it. But once I started, it felt like there were way too many steps and products to keep track of. The site made it sound super straightforward, so I went from hopeful to frustrated fast. Maybe it works for people who enjoy a full skincare plan every day, but that’s just not me. I don’t have the time or patience for all of that.

"Packaging was a mess, honestly"
My order showed up in a banged-up box, and the packaging inside wasn’t much better. One of the items had leaked a little, so everything just felt messy right out of the box. I don’t know who’s handling the packing, but for the price, they really should be doing a better job. Disappointing, and I probably won’t order again unless they sort this out.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I reached out about my order and waited around for a response, but I never really got a clear answer. I even tried emailing again, and the reply still wasn’t helpful.
It’s just frustrating when you need help and feel like you’re being ignored. I expected about a simple update at the very least, so this wasn’t a good experience for me.

I used this hoping my skin would look a little brighter and fresher, but I didn’t notice any glow at all. I kept putting in the effort and waiting to see some kind of change, but nothing really happened. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just felt like a waste of time and energy. Disappointing.

It just felt really oily on my skin, like really oily, and it left a residue that seemed to stay there all day. I kept noticing it even hours later, so it wasn’t great for me.

"Just sat on my skin"
I really wanted to like this, but it never seemed to sink in. It just kind of sat on top of my face, felt sticky for hours, and made my skin look greasy. I even tried using a smaller amount, but it was the same result. I also wish the instructions were a bit clearer on how much to use or how to apply it, because maybe that would’ve helped. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me

I really wanted to like this, and at first I thought maybe it was going to be fine, actually, no, by the second use my face was red and kind of stinging. I had to stop using it. It might work great for other people, but if you have sensitive skin like me, I’d be careful.

"Didn’t do much, and the return policy is frustrating"
I used this for a while hoping it would help with my skin texture, but I don’t see much of a difference. Some days my skin felt maybe a little softer, but not enough to justify the price. What annoyed me more is that by the time you’ve actually used it long enough to know if it works, you’re basically stuck because of all the little return policy loopholes. I expected more from it and definitely won’t be buying it again.
